- Thank you for your interest in Dream Treats and Elsy's Sweet Tooth. Jill and Elsy formed a partnership because we enjoy making sweet sugar creations, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies and chocolate covered goodies. We offer different packaging options that range from treat bags, baskets, individually wrapped treats/chocolate lollipops and so much more. We will use your ideas and share our creative options for your birthdays, showers or Sweet Tooth. Elsy does most of the baking and Jill most of the decorating but together we create!
